Fines:
The following fine structure was approved by the Broad Street Neighborhood Association Board on October 9, 2003:
      Violation of Architectural and/or Community Standards
         25.00 Initial Fee
         $5.00 per day thereafter until the violation is corrected.

Homeowners will be notified in writing of any violation and be afforded a specifietime to take action prior to the assessment of fines.

Association By-Laws

The Broad Street Code, updated and approved by the BAC and the Broad Street Board was revised January 17, 2023 and was filed with the Beaufort County Register of Deeds on February 2023. It supercedes all previous versions of the Broad Street Code. It is available on the website of the Beaufort County Register of Deeds at this link (Book 4218, pages 265-2493).
